Ok, the end of the tour, but equally dramatic for us, anyway. To everyone who came out to see us at all the venues, thank you. Every show felt good, every audience warm and welcoming. Let’s do it again.
Just posted a photo montage of Cindy and me – old and relatively new shots. Interesting to see how the years transform one, not to mention make-up and lighting. Magic, really. Hmmmm…may this is how you get to it….hmmm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1K-Ba2j7B7I
Happy New Year. And in all the years to come. New material, new instruments in the mix, new arrangements, and some new clothes. I’m happy, specifically, to tell you that our Spring Tour is falling into place nicely. It’s especially gratifying that people are still interested in live music, despite these hard times and and uncertain futures. […]
Very happy to tell you that Cindy and I will be doing our annual tour in April of 2016…new year, new stuff. Really looking forward to it….stay tuned.
After my recent tour with Cindy Church, I repeatedly heard that I should keep up my blog. I seldom get a response, so I figured: why keep doing it? Seems self-indulgent. Happy to tell you that on September 12th I’ll be sharing a co-bill with Cindy Church at The Pearl Theatre in Lunenburg. See details below. And here’s a picture.
A happy day – teaching Raylene to text. Missing her everyday. http://www.cbc.ca/thesundayedition/popupaudio.html?clipIds=2241542222

I’ve missed updating on a few shows because of time limitations and this almighty cold. This morning, I’m in Virden, Manitoba – Jays Inn, precisely- having a coffee in a styrofoam cup. Sunday took us to Medicine Hat for a show at the Medalta Clayworks Museum. More on that later. For now, let me tell […]
